Pillsbury Pizza Crust Classic Dough


 

Directions

Keep dough refrigerated. Directions: 400 degrees F. 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease any size dark or nonstick cookie sheet. (425 degrees F for all other pan types). 2. Unroll dough onto cookie sheet. Press to desired thickness. Prebake 8 minutes. Bake 6 to 10 minutes. 3. Prebake dough 8 minutes. Spread with 1/2 cup pizza sauce. Top with cooked meat, cheese and other toppings as desired. Bake 6 to 10 minutes longer or until crust is deep golden brown. For soft crust: do not prebake dough. Spread with sauce and top as above. Bake 9 to 13 minutes for cheese pizza, 13 to 17 minutes if additional toppings are added, or until crust is deep golden brown. For thick crust: spray or grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Press dough on bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of pan. Top as above. Bake 14 to 16 minutes for cheese pizza, 16 to 20 minutes if additional toppings are added, or until crust is deep golden brown. To open, pull entire wrapper here. Better if used by date on end of can. Do not freeze or microwave unbaked Poppin' Fresh® dough.
