Directions for use: trim hair from around affected areas and apply the Hartz® hot spot skin medication for dogs and puppies freely with an applicator such as cotton or soft, clean cloth twice a day. If condition does not improve within one week, consult your veterinarian. Do not use on puppies under 6 weeks of age.

Hartz® hot spot skin medication for dogs and puppies is formulated to be effective as an aid in the treatment of certain common skin inflammations in dogs. Recommended specifically as an aid for Hot Spots (moist dermatitis). Also, it is an effective first aid for scrapes and abrasions. Containing no alcohol, this is a non-stinging, anti-bacterial formula with Vitamin E and aloe to help soothe and heal irritated skin. Signs: these skin inflammations may be accompanied by itching so intense that the animal rubs, scratches and bites incessantly.
