Directions

Use Cryotherapy Wraps during first 48 to 72 hours of injury to reduce pain and swelling and to speed healing. Remove Cryotherapy Wrap from package, unwrap, and cut to desired length. Position directly on skin over affected area an wrap. Apply pressure to affix the end to itself the gentle cooling relief that lasts for hours. Arctic Ease® reuse/rehydration directions: Reroll the wrap up from the outside in so that the far outside layer is now the most inside layer, return the wrap to the package. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water. Reseal package. The wrap can be left in a cupboard, on the counter, etc until needed again. It will take 2-3 hours for the wrap to rehydrate before it can be used again. Or if enhanced cooling is required the wrap can be stored in the refrigerator.

Warnings

Covering the wrap while wearing it may reduce the cooling effect.
Discard when Cryotherapy Wrap has dried out or no longer adheres.
If excess gel gets on fabrics (clothing), wipe off before gel dries.
After repeated use, gel particles may slough off; dispose of particles in the trash.
Do not launder.
