Directions

Grilling marinade mix. Time. Prep time: 5 minutes. Marinate: 15 minutes. You will need. 1 pkg. Sauer's garlic, herb & wine marinade mix. 1/4 cup water. 1/4 cup oil. 1 tbsp. white or balsamic vinegar. 2 lbs. fish, chicken or pork. Makes 2/3 cup marinade. Directions. 1. Combine marinade mix, water, oil and vinegar in a resealable plastic bag or glass bowl; blend well. 2. Add meat; turning to coat. Marinate for 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor, turning meat occasionally. (Marinate seafood no longer than 30 minutes). 3. Remove meat from marinade. Discard remaining marinade or use for basting during first half of cooking. 4. Grill, broil or bake until desired doneness. Variations. Citrus herb marinade: combine marinade mix, 1/4 cup each orange juice and vegetable oil and 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Continue as directed.
