Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat wen to 250 degrees F. Include a small metal container with water close to the heat source for optimal cooking. Remove product from packaging. Place seasoned brisket on a tray and open-cook for 2 hours and then wrap it in aluminum foil and cook for 4 more hours. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F in the thickest part as measured by a meat thermometer. Smoker: Preheat smoker to 250 degrees F. Include a small metal container with water close to the heat source for optimal cooking. Remove product from packaging. Place seasoned brisket on the rack and open-cook brisket for 2 hours; then wrap it in aluminum foil and cook fa 4 more hours. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F in the thickest part as measured by a meat thermometer. Keep refrigerated.
