Directions

Cooking Instructions: Place ham lean side up on rack in shallow pan. Bake in slow oven (325 degrees approximately 15-20 minutes per pound. Half hour before ham is done, remove from oven and pour fat drippings from pan. Score ham and spoon glaze over ham. Continue baking. Honey Glaze: Mix 1/2 cup honey, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup orange juice. Glaze. Keep refrigerated.
