Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove from package, lightly coat with olive oil and season as desired. Place in an oven-safe dish. Cook uncovered for approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes or until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees F in the thickest part of the meat. Remove from oven and let rest 3 minutes. Slice across small end into 1/8 inch slices and serve. Keep refrigerated.
