Whiskey black pepper roast: place in slow cooker with 1 inch of water. Cook on high for 4 hours let rest 5 minutes and shred with 2 forks. Place in pan with l inch of water and cover. Cook in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees f for 3 hours (sliced) or 4 hours (shredded). Remove from heat, rest for 5 minutes. Enjoy! Keep refrigerated.
