Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Remove meat from package, lightly coat roast with olive oil and season as desired. 2. Place roast in an oven-safe dish with the bones up to ensure good presentation and proper browning on all sides. 3. Cook approximately 15 minutes in a 450 degrees F oven. 4. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and cook approximately 75 to 90 minutes or until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reaches 145°F in the thickest part of the meat. 5. Remove from oven and let rest 3 minutes. Slice and serve. Great for roasting.
