Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat ove3n to 425 degrees F. Remove pork from package, season as desired, and place in an oven safe pan. Cook approximately 20 to 27 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F in the thickest part of the meat. Remove from oven and let rest at least 3 minutes. Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high (450 degrees F). Remove pork from package, season as desired, and place on grill. Cook approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F in the thickest part of the meat. Remove from grill and let rest at least 3 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
