Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Preheat one side of grill to medium-high (450 degrees F). Remove riblets from package and season as desired. Place riblets over direct heat and cook until grill marks are obtained on all sides, approximately 5 minutes per side. Remove riblets from grill and wrap in foil. Reduce grill temperature to medium-low (325 degrees F) and place riblets over indirect heat. Cook for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Remove from foil, coat with barbecue sauce, and grill for an additional 5 to 10 minutes. Great for appetizers. Keep refrigerated.
