Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Preparation: 1. Remove ribs from bag. Pat dry with a paper towel, and season with your favorite dry rub. Grill & Oven: 1. Preheat grill to high. Grill both sides of ribs, approximately 6 to 7 minutes per side. 2. Remove from grill and place ribs on a shallow baking pan and cover with foil. 3. Preheat oven to 335 degrees F. Place ribs in oven and cook for 2 hours. 4. If desired, coat ribs with BBQ sauce and return to oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. 5. Remove ribs from oven. Slice between each rib and serve. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 335 degrees F. Place ribs in oven and cook for 2 hours. 2. If desired, coat ribs with BBQ sauce and return to oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. 3. Remove ribs from oven. Slice between each rib and serve. Grill: 1. Preheat grill to high. Grill both sides of ribs, approximately 6 to 7 minutes per side. 2. Remove ribs from grill and wrap in foil. 3. Turn off a portion of the burners and place ribs on the coolest side of the grill. Continue cooking for an additional 1 1/2 to 2 hours at approximately 335 degrees F to 350 degrees F. 4. Remove from foil, coat with barbecue sauce and grill for an additional 5 to 10 minutes. 5. Remove from grill. Slice between each rib and serve. Great for smoking. Keep refrigerated.
