Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Smoker Instructions: Heat smoker to 250 degrees F. Add the ribs and smoke for 2.5 hours. Tightly wrap the ribs in foil and smoke for an additional 1 hour or until ribs are fall off the bone tender. Cook ribs to a minimum internal temperature of 185 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Remove ribs from the smoker and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Tightly wrap ribs in foil and cook for 90 minutes. Remove foil and cook for an additional 5 - 10 minutes to brown. Cook ribs to a minimum internal temperature of 185 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving; serve. Ovens vary so adjust cooking times accordingly. Keep refrigerated. May be frozen.
