Directions
Microwave or regular oven. Keep frozen. Directions: Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove overwrap and cover bowl with foil. Place bowl on a cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until thoroughly heated. Microwave oven: Remove bowl from box. Make a 1" slit in overwrap. Heat for 5 minutes or until hot. Toaster oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above. Ovens vary so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.

Drawing on the rich Mexican heritage of our California community, Amy's chef, Fred, has created a dish that combines the authentic flavor and ingredients of the traditional tamale with the easy eating convenience of Amy's entrees in a howl. It's made from organic white corn masa, black beans, sweet golden corn, olives, tomatoes and a careful blend of chili peppers and spices. Light in sodium 50% less sodium than our regular bowl. Responding to customer requests, our chefs have created a line of "light in sodium" meals with all the flavor and goodness of our regular meals, but containing 50% less sodium. 0g trans fat.
