Instructions for Use: Select desired blade and slide it into mandoline slicer frame. Secure food into prongs on hand guard by pressing down on the textured disc. Anchor one hand on the comfortable, ergonomic grip at the rear of the slicer. With firm pressure, gently slide food up and down past the blade. Instruction for Cleaning: Hand-wash carefully with mild detergent and warm water. Do not clean towards the blade. Towel dry immediately.
