Keep refrigerated or frozen. Cooking instructions. Bake: Brush with oil and place in shallow roasting pan. Cook, in preheated 350 degrees F oven, for 1 hour 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F. Perdue® nutritional information is based on a 3.0oz roasted portion after roasting to 180 degrees F internal temperature.
