Prep Instructions: With a knife or scissors, remove plastic casing and netting from the ham roast. Place frozen roast in an oven safe pan. Pour 1/4 cup of vaterin the pan. Cover and cook at 325 degrees F for 2 hours, 15 minutes (from is thawed, follow some instructions, reducing primary cook time to 1 hour, 15 min.) Uncover and pour glaze over the roast. Cook uncovered for 15 more minutes. Cook to a temperature of 165 F. Do not eat uncooked. Keep frozen.
