Keep frozen. Serving suggestions: delicious as an easy side dish, tossed with a little butter or simply seasoned to taste. Also makes a flavorful addition to soups, stews, sautés, and casseroles. Heating instructions: Microwave: 1. Place frozen vegetables in a microwave-safe 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. 2. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover. 3. Heat on high for 5-7 minutes,* stirring halfway through cooking time. 4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Stove top: 1. Bring 1/4 cup water to a boil in 3-quart saucepan. 2. Place frozen vegetables in boiling water. Cover and boil 3-5 minutes.* 3. Drain and serve. *For best safety and quality, cook to 160 degrees F. Cooking times may vary depending on the microwave and container used. Do not overcook. Keep frozen until ready to use.
