Directions

Perishable - keep refrigerated. Directions for use: add 12 oz of Pearson quick cooking green peas to 3 cups unsalted boiling water in an uncovered saucepan. Allow the water to re-boil. Reduce heat and then cook at a gentle boil for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender. Drain water and enjoy!
