Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards) utensils and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Thaw product thoroughly prior to cooking. Slice into 1/2 inch thick patties and place in a skillet. Cook over medium-low heat for 10-13 minutes. Turn often and brown each side evenly. Sausage is cooked thoroughly when internal temperatures reads 170° F and no internal pink is visible. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or refrigerate.
