Directions

Keeps best refrigerated or frozen. Cooking instructions: Rinse and sort Fava beans, do not soak. Place in medium to large saucepan, 1 part Fava beans to 3 parts water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40-45 minutes or until soft. Beans will begin to break apart as they cook, overcooking may result in mushy beans. One cup of dried Fava beans yields approximately 3 cups of cooked beans.
