Starlight Distillery's small-batch bottled-in-bond bourbon is a blend of Indiana straight bourbon whiskey produced from 100 percent sweet-mash fermentations. After aging a minimum of 4-years in new charred American white oak barrels, this bourbon whiskey is bottled at 100 proof under the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. This straight bourbon whiskey provides hints of caramel, vanilla, and stone fruit with a traditional smooth oak finish.
