Thoroughly clean & wipe the inside of shoe. Remove clear plastic panel from the bottom side of insole. Insert insole into shoe and carefully line up the heels of the insoles with the heel of the shoe. Line up the arch cushioning with the inside edge of the shoe. R stands for right, L stands for left. Press firmly and adhere. Wipe insole clean if it gets dirty.
