When I went to college in New Orleans I discovered that spicy foods make meals and life more exciting! That's why I love hot peppers and had so much fun developing these chips. To create the perfect level of heat for our red hot mojo tortilla chips we bake in real organic jalapenos direct from a family farm in California, spicy crushed organic red chili pepper and just a hint of garlic.
