Care & Cleaning Instructions: Wash injector needle thoroughly before first use in hot, soapy water. Lubricate plunger seal with vegetable oil for each or use. Wash plunger, syringe, and needle thoroughly after each use in hot. Soapy water. Dry all parts well and lubricate plunger seal prior to storage. General Directions: Shake well. Pour marinade into a separate container to prevent contamination. Inject deeply into meat at several points for even distribution. Use 1-2 fl. oz. per injection. Fry, bake, or smoke. For Turkey: Inject 2 fl. oz. of marinade deep into each of the following locations: 1 each in legs, 1 each in thighs, 4 in breast. (See illustration). Cajun Fried Turkey: Deep fry whole turkey at 300 degrees F for 4 minutes per pound. Remove from oil, drain, and let stand 10-15 minutes before serving. Refrigerate after opening.
