What You'll Need: 2-1/2-3 lbs. boneless chuck, rump, or round roast. 5 cups fresh vegetables (carrots, onions, celery, potatoes), chopped. 1 cup water. 1 package Crock-Pot Pot Roast Seasoning Mix. Directions: 1. Place meat and chopped vegetables in slow cooker. 2. Combine entire seasoning mix with 1 cup water until blended. Pour over meat and vegetables. 3. Cover & cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours, until meat is tender. Do not remove cover during cooking. Use to season meat, chicken, or pork for pot roast, stewed chicken, braised short ribs, and more! Open.
