Best Brewing: Use 2 T coffee grounds per 6-8 ounces of water. Always grind just before brewing: Espresso - Fine; Drip pot - Medium; Press/Percolator - Coarse. Water quality matters. Use filtered water, 195-205 degrees F. Brew enough to serve immediately, and transfer extra to an insulated carafe.
