Heating Instructions Microwave: Thawed: Remove sleeve. Lift corner of film to vent. Place tray in microwave and heat on high for 2 to 3 minutes, until the center of the entree portion reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove film, stir the contents and let stand for 1 to 2 minutes. Frozen: Remove sleeve. Lift corner of film to vent. Place tray in microwave and heat on high for 3 to 4 minutes, until the center of the entree portion reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove film, stir the contents and let stand for 1 to 2 minutes. Oven Thawed: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove sleeve. Lift corner of film to vent, place tray on baking sheet. Place baking sheet on center rack of oven. Heat 12 to 15 minutes, until the center of the entree portion reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove tray from the oven, remove film from tray & stir. Let the product stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Frozen: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove sleeve. Lift corner of film to vent, place tray on baking sheet. Place baking sheet on center rack of oven. Heat 20 to 23 minutes, until the center of the entree portion reaches 165 degrees F. Carefully remove tray from the oven, remove film from tray & stir. Let the product stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
