Cooking Instructions: Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill. Open package and evenly spread the chicken on the grill. Cook for 15 to 17 mins., turning chicken every 3 to 5 minutes, until product reaches an internal temp. of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Open package and evenly spread chicken on a sheet pan with a rack. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes per pound until product reaches an internal temp. of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Carefully remove from grill or oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
