Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Grill: Preheat grill to medium-heat. Lightly oil the grill. Open package and place pork on the grill. Cook for 20 mins. Per pound, turning occasionally, until product reaches an internal temp. of 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in skillet until hot. Open package and place pork tenderloin in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until well browned on both sides. Place in oven, cover and bake for approx. 20 minutes per pound until internal temp. Reaches 160 degrees F for medium as measured by a food thermometer. Carefully remove from grill or oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
