I'm Dania, mom of three very active boys, an artist, photographer, and teacher. When my oldest son was diagnosed with dairy and gluten allergies, I realized that many of the gluten-free and vegan alternatives were heavily processed and full of sugar. I began researching and experimenting with different ingredients so that he could enjoy healthy and delicious snacks. Granola quickly became our family's favorite snack, healthy and versatile. We would eat it straight out of the baking trays, as a cereal for breakfast, on top of a smoothie bowl, or even as a crunchy topping to a simple green salad. Dano was my nickname growing up and what my family and friends call me. I want you to feel that you are part of our family from the first time you taste my granola.
