Remove lid and 3 pouches from bowl. Add entire vegetable and seasoning pouch to bowl. (This is necessary for proper cooking). Add water to fill-line; stir (do not over fill.). Microwave, uncovered, on high 4-1/2 min. or until pasta is tender. Do not drain. Stir in cheese sauce. Sprinkle with tortilla chip topping. For low wattage microwave, cook an additional 30 sec. For best results.
