Keep refrigerated. Do not freeze. *Cook before serving. Easy cooking directions: Heat 3 tbsp. vegetable oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add enough potatoes to cover bottom of pan (approximately 1/2 package). Cover & cook potatoes for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom. Turn potatoes and cook and additional 4-5 minutes to a temperature of 165 degrees F for 2 minutes and until golden brown. Season to taste. *Note: during cooking, potatoes must reach a temperature of 165 degrees F for 2 minutes. Do not eat until fully cooked. Always use hot pads or insulated gloves when handling heated product. Use within 3 days after opening.
