Fajita all natural authentic seasoning. All you need. 1lb. sirloin steak or boneless chicken breasts cut in 1/2 inch strips. 1 medium onion, cut into strips and 1 medium bell pepper, cut into strips. Flour tortillas. 3 tbs. oil. Directions: 1. Add packet of Lysander's fajita seasoning to 1 lb. chicken or beef strips. Mix well. Stir fry in 2 lbs. of oil until done. 2. In separate pan add 1tbs. oil, onion and bell pepper strips, saute' one minute, then cover and steam vegetables to soften for 2 to 3 minutes. 3. Place meat and vegetables in center of warm tortillas. Top as desired. Suggested toppings: salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese and chopped tomatoes. 1b. of meat makes 8 fajitas.
