Star cluster instructions sheet. Inflate with air. No helium required. Inflate the Star Cluster and Base using a balloon pump (sold separately). (1) If using a bicycle pump or electric pump, take care to Not over inflate. Over inflation will either burst or shorten the life of the balloon. (2) Locate tabs on the bottom of the Star Cluster. Tie the elastic strap to one tab, allowing for about 3 of the strap to extend from the knot. Repeat process on other tab. (3) Stretch the elastic strap around the inflated Base. The elastic strap should be located in the wider gap between the inflated chambers. (4) A small amount of adjusting may be required to allow the Star Cluster balloon to stand in position. (5) Adding weight to the Base is required for stabilization. A common household item such as a full, unopened soup can or soda can may be placed in the pocket formed in the wider gap between the inflated chambers.
