Directions

Refrigerate after opening. Traditional thai dipping sauce: Mix 2/3 cup water, 5 tbsp Thai Kitchen® premium fish sauce, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice, 1 serrano chili, minced, and 1 clove garlic, minced, in medium bowl until sugar is dissolved. Add 2 tbsp finely shredded carrots, if desired. This sauce is ideal for dipping meat, seafood and vegetables, and for drizzling over rice.
