Great with fish, sausage or shrimp. Easy as 1-2-3! Ingredients: 2 teaspoons vegetable oil. 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 3/4" pieces. 1 can (27 oz) creole fixins' simple suppers. 1. Heat a 10" skillet and add the oil and chicken pieces to the pan, stirring occasionally until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. 2. Add the full can of simple suppers to the skillet. 3. Cook until the rice, vegetables and sauce are bubbling and thoroughly heated. Serve with your favorite Margaret Holmes side dish. Serving suggestion: Substitute a pound of shrimp, oysters, catfish, smoked sausage or your favorite protein in place of chicken or mix and match to create your own signature dish.
