Directions

Smoked Paprika Pork Tenderloin. Brush 1 pork tenderloin (1 lb.) with oil. Mix 1 tbsp. each packed brown sugar and smoked paprika, 1 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder and 1/2 tsp. each thyme leaves and salt. Rub on pork. Roast in preheated 425 degrees F oven 20 minutes or until pork is desired doneness. Makes 4 servings.
