Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: 1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, saute the Garlic Rubbed Steak Strips. For even cooking, use a spatula to separate the pieces of meat. Saute the Steak until fully cooked and lightly browned on all sides, about 5 minutes (USDA recommends cooking beef to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F and allowing to rest for at least 3 minutes). 2. Turn heat to medium-low. Add 1/4 cup of water, the Smoked Gouda Sauce, and the Gemelli Pasta to the skillet and stir to combine. Cover and continue to cook until the pasta and sauce are warmed through, stirring occasionally, about 3-4 minutes. 3. Spoon the finished dish into a serving bowl. Enjoy! Previously handled frozen for your protection, refreeze or keep refrigerated.
