Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking instructions for oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Remove all labels: peel off back label and cut along dotted line to remove top label, taking care to keep bag with meat sealed. Bag will self-vent during cook process. 3. Place bag on foil-lined sheet pan with flat side of the package facing up. 4. Place pan on middle rack of pre-heated oven. Cook 90 minutes at 350 degrees F. 5. Remove pan from oven. Ensure beef reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Allow product to rest for 5 minutes. 6. Cut open bag with scissors, and empty into bowl. Use forks to shred beef. 7. Optional: toss with your favorite bbq sauce. Cut along dotted line to remove label before cooking. Remove label before cooking! Peel here.
