Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Conventional Oven: Heat Oven to 360 degrees F. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Remove product from plastic and place on baking sheet. Cook for 30-36 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 6 minutes before slicing. Grill: Heat grill to medium heat. Remove product from plastic and place on grill. Cook for 30-36 minutes per pound over Indirect heat. Pork is done when the internal temperature reaches 146 degrees F. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 6 minutes before slicing. Keep refrigrated or frozen.
