Keep refrigerated. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards). Utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Do not eat raw or undercooked meat or vegetables. 1. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to a medium sized skillet. 2. Heat skillet over medium to high heat. 3. Remove the onions and cook them 2-4 minutes or until translucent. 4. Remove the cooked onions from the skillet and reserve them for use later. 5. Place the skillet back on the heat. Add 1 tablespoon cooking oil. 6. Once the skillet is hot, empty the diced beef into the skillet and cook 5-8 minutes (appliances vary. Before consuming, ensure meat is cooked to 160 degrees f minimum internal temperature using a calibrated food thermometer) or until meat is nicely browned. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and burning. 7. Turn off the heat and carefully remove the skillet from the stove. 8. Remove the tortillas from their package. Heat them using a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat or microwave for 10 second or until hot using a microwave safe dish. 9. Take two corn tortillas and layer together. 10. Place the cooked diced beef and cooked onions into the tortilla. 11. Open the chimichurri sauce pouch and add the desired amount to each taco. 12. Open the cheese pouch and top off the taco with a nice sprinkle of Cojita cheese. Keep refrigerated. Vacuum sealed for freshness. Freezing not recommended.
