Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. See cooking instructions. Microwave oven only: 1. Remove cup from outer carton; remove film and discard. 2. Using a 1100 watt model cook on high for 1 minute and 15 seconds. Using a 700 watt model cook on high for 2 minutes. 3. Remove cup from microwave and stir. 4. Cook on high for 1 minute. Let stand in microwave for 30 seconds. 5. When removing from microwave, hold on to the lip of the cup. Stir and enjoy! For thinner consistency, stir 1-2 tbsp water or nonfat milk into fully cooked oatmeal. For food safety and best quality, follow these cooking instructions completely: Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook thoroughly before eating. Adjustment to cooking times may be required due to variations in all microwave ovens. Use caution as product and package will be hot. Do not reuse cup or film. Do not prepare in conventional or toaster oven. Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Important: keep frozen. Do not refreeze.
