Cooking Instructions: 1. Bring water (4 quarters of water per 12 oz package of pasta) to a boil and add salt to taste. 2. Add pasta and stir. Cook stirring occasionally. 3. Check at 10 minutes then drain pasta and serve to your taste. Try our oat spaghetti with zucchini, capers and anchovies: 12 oz whole oat spaghetti. 10 oz sliced zucchini. Fresh garlic, to taste. Capers, to taste. Anchovies, to taste. Extra virgin olive oil. Suite the garlic in a pan with drizzle of olive oil for one minute, then add the sliced zucchini along with as many capers and anchovies as you like and cook until tender. Cook and drain the pasta, then toss in the pan to coat with the sauce, and serve. Store in a cool, dry place.
