Directions
Cook from frozen. Keep frozen until used - do not refreeze if thawed. Before cooking: remove fillets from all packaging material. Oven: 1. Place frozen fillets in baking dish. Brush with butter, season as desired. 2. Bake in preheated 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) oven for about 35 min. Poach: 1. Immerse frozen fillets, chopped onion and celery in boiling water. Season as desired. 2. Cover. Simmer for about 16 min. Note: since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Fully cooked fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 158 degrees F (70 degrees C). To Thaw: Remove product from all packaging and place in refrigerator overnight. Do not thaw in warm water or at room temperature. For defrosted fillets, decrease cooking time by approximately half. Keep frozen.
