Arrange frozen fish sticks in a single layer in basket. 2. Fry fish sticks at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Oven: 1. Place oven rack in center of the oven. 2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 3. Place frozen fish sticks in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. 4. Bake for 19-20 minutes, flipping halfway through cook time.
