Cooking Instruction: 1. Bring water (3 quarters of water per 8.8 oz package of pasta) to a boil and add salt to taste. 2. Add pasta and stir. Cook stirring occasionally. 3. Saute the chopped mushrooms in a pan with olive oil and minced garlic for about ten minutes, then remove from heat. Cook and drain the pasta, then toss together in the pan. Serve topped with grated cheese. Store in a cool, dry place.
