Directions

Ingredients needed. 3 cups water. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Cooking directions: 1. In a medium saucepan combine the water, olive oil and soup mix. Stir thoroughly. 2. Bring to a boil over high heat, cover and cook for 1 minute. 3. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking, covered, for 25 to 30 minutes or until beans are tender, stirring occasionally. If soup becomes too thick and beans are still not tender, add additional water, 1/4 cup at a time.
