Raw product, must be heated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F before consumption. Cooking Instructions: Stove top: Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to a skillet and heat to a medium heat. Add Veal Patties to the skillet and cook turning the patties over at least twice during cooking. Oven: Place product on an oven safe tray and bake at 375 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes Cook until the Veal Patties reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
