Raw product, must be heated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F before consumption. Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to a skillet and heat to medium heat. Add veal patties to the skillet and cook turning the patties over at least twice during cooking. Oven: Place product on an oven safe tray and bake at 375 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes. Cook until the veal patties reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry.
